Where there are rules, policies, laws, precidents, etc, there are also exceptions. These “exceptions” are necessary, as no law or rule is perfect and regular, intelligent people would mostly agree. The wild horses, now politically correct called “ferral”, are part of our nation’s history and are magnificent creatures that stir the American soul. Regardless of the mission of the managing/controlling agency of TRNP, these historic animals are part of our country’s heritage and need to stay. I am in agreement, as are my friends, with other longtime park supporters and visitors, that if tge horses are removed we may never come back to TRNP.
