· Outreach Volunteers: Volunteer at the AAE Outreach Booth at the Tri-County Home & Garden Show in Roseville, August 14-16! There are several open spots: (1) Fri 8/14 9:30-1:30, (2) Sat 8/15 9:30-1:30, (1) Sat 8/15 1:30-5:30, (2) Sun 8/16 1:30-3:30. Can you help complete our team? We also need two volunteers to help with booth set up on Wednesday, August 12. Sign up here under “Outreach” if you’re interested and available, or contact Leah if you’d like more info. · Barn Volunteers are ALWAYS needed. Our feed and care shifts are 8:30a-12:30p and 3:00p-6:00p. Afternoon shifts are typically slim. If you’re able to help with horse care, please sign up here. If you haven’t participated in a while, we need you!
If you haven’t volunteered before, but you would like to, reply and we’ll provide information about our New Volunteer Orientation and Basic Safety Training or visit our website.
· Store Volunteers are ALWAYS needed, too. Store hours are 12:00p-4:00p, daily. If you like to clean tack, YEP, we still need help catching up with a backlog of donations; even one shift helps!! Process donated tack, talk with customers, or organize inventory, your participation helps raise funds for horses.
You can also help with our SIDEWALK SALE on Saturday 8/8 12:00p-4:00p. Earlier hours will be available for prep, too.
