Hi, The link is for a video of Tabitha drinking her milk. (It does flash dark off and on as we were under a motion sensor.)
I had zero idea how hard it was for her to drink her milk. She has figured it out and will get every last drop. However, it is going to take much longer for her mouth to heal and she will be needing milk powder for quite a bit longer.
Thank you to those who helped so far. I was able to pay off the 1st vet bill and some of the new one. We now owe around $600 to Doc Zimmerman, I still need to order hay and now I obviously am going to need to order even more milk powder.
Hay prices are rising fast with the already existing shortage. As miles and miles of hay fields burn to the ground, along with 1000’s of miles of pasture, the hay situation is fast becoming dire. What hay there is will be swallowed up in no time and not only do the kids need hay right now, I absolutely have to stock up before the price triples and the supply is literally gone.
My last fundraiser pulled in enough to put some on the vet bill and buy a couple buckets of milk, one of which is almost gone.
Please help if you can. Times are tough and we need to keep “gittin ‘er done”
Hugs and thank you,
Palomino & All the Critters
