THE HORSETV CHANNEL PROMOTES TWO NEW EXECUTIVES

Calabasas, California January 23, 2006 The HorseTV Channel announced today the promotion of Wanda Thomas from Director to Vice President of Affiliate Relations and Mike Miller from Director to Vice President of Sales.
“Wanda and Mike’s promotions are well deserved,” said George Greenberg, Chairman and CEO. “Each has worked creatively and tirelessly to expand The HorseTV Channel markets and the network has enjoyed significant affiliate growth in great part due to their efforts.”
As Vice President of Affiliate Relations, Thomas will oversee affiliate relations, carriage agreements, and communications as well as administrative, database and information functions and processes for the Affiliate Sales and Relations Department.
Thomas is a twenty-five year veteran of the cable television industry. Prior to joining The HorseTV Channel she held various management/administrative positions working for both multiple system operators (MSOs) and cable television programmers, including Time Warner Cable, Cable Value Network, QVC, Inc. and Jones International. Thomas is a graduate of Blair College in Colorado Springs, Colorado and completed several business administration courses at Columbia College in Denver, Colorado.
As Vice President of Sales, Miller will be responsible for national distribution and sales negotiations for large MSO's and DBS providers. He will also be responsible for managing sales teams located throughout the U.S. and will determine annual sales projections.
Miller is a 17-year veteran of the cable television industry and has also been a Financial Investment Manager for five years. Prior to joining The HorseTV Channel he held senior level management and sales positions with cable television networks and the financial community. Most recently, Miller was National Advertising Manager for Turner Media in Denver and National Sales Manager for Bigpipe.com. He has also worked for Showtime Networks, Nostalgia Television and CNBC. His financial background includes work for Citicorp and Trans- Capital Mortgage in West Los Angeles. Miller is a Graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a business degree in Marketing.
