Meredith’s book, A Guide to Raising & Showing Mules, is the perfect choice for those mule and donkey lovers who want to use a mule and donkey in their 4-H project. The differences between mules and donkeys and horses are significant enough that the standard Horse Project manual does not apply. Though mules and donkeys do respond to many horse training techniques, for the best results, they require an approach that differs in many ways from what horses require.
